Question: Is this a good plan for a "diet"!?
im not going to diet anymore because it dont work!. my problem before was i would just over eat!. i am now just going to change my lifestyle!. i can not live w/out a lil junk food every once in a while!. is a day like this good!.
healthy cereal, low fat turkey sausage
hamburger, pears, baked tater tots
healthy active cookie, wheat thins, homemade fruit smoothie w/ flaxseed!.
turkey pot pie!.
i lift weights monday wednesday and friday!. have baseball practice tuesday and thursday, and games every weekend!.

You're eating way too many carbs and not enough protein!. Try these substitutions:
-Skip the cereal and have eggs instead!. Cereal will rainse your blood sugar and therefore make you crave more sugar (and make you hungry) throughout the day!. Eggs will stablize your blood sugar and the protein will keep you satisfied until lunch!. Scramble 3 eggs and have them with the turkey sausage!.
-Choose either the hamburger or the tater tots!. If you have the hamburger, skip the ketchup (lots of sugar) and use a whole grain bun!. If you choose the tater tots, skip or use a small amount of ketchup!. Try using mustard or mixing it with the ketchup!.!.no sugar! Or, have the burger without the bun AND the tater tots!. If you skip the tater tots eat veggies instead!.
-A cookie, wheat thins and a smoothie is a snack that contains wayyy too many carbs!. Have whole fruit (not a smoothie) and a few (maybe 10) wheat thins spread with peanut butter to give you added protein!. Skip the cookie
- Add a side of veggies to the turkey pot pie!.
