it all depends on you!. if you work out with a full stomach you run the risk of cramps, you have to work out more slowly but you burn off what you eat!. If you eat after working out, no cramps plus you're sure to bulk up that way!. You don't burn off what you eat and the body can take it's time absorbing good nutrients!. people say its good to exercise for atleast 1/2 hour in the morning before you have breakfast because you can burn more fat which is your secondary source of energy after carbohydrates and since the body has digested all your food while you have slept there is no food to burn energy off therefore you burn fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should always work out an hour before you eat!. Revs up your metabolism and gives your stomach a chance to settle!. I do feel it is best to work out on an empty stomach!.!.!.maybe eat something small like crackers beforehand, for energy!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

For the best results, exercise two hours after you have taken heavy meal (like dinner or lunch)!. Light food or drinks are fine but even for that there should be at least 1 hour gap!. After exercise don't eat for half an hour!. This will give time to burn your fats!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
