Question: Question on my workout!?
Hey everyone, just got on a workout schedule!.!. last night I did triceps, biceps, and shoulders (about 6pm last night)!.!. and tonight Im gonna do chest, now will that affect my rest period for my arms, since doing chest exercises requires working your arm muscles!? Or is 24 hours enough rest!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nope, that gets pretty close to defeating the purpose of the rest!. You really need about 36-72 hours of rest after resistance training a muscle group depending on how hard the workout was!. Also, you won't be able to bench as much, as your triceps and shoulders are still recovering!.
The best idea for most people is just a simple 3 day a week total body workout!. If you're set on doing a split routine, at least put the right muscle groups together (chest/triceps, back/biceps, etc)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
