I tell this to everyone who's in school wanting to lose weight!. Take your PE class seriously!. It's easy to goof off during that period but if you actually work at it (if the teacher has you do 10 crunches, do 20 in the same time everyone's doing 10, push yourself harder in running or weight lifting, etc)!. It's a valuable hour a day you could have!.

Or if you mean college by school, almost all colleges has a gym that their students can access for free!. Make time for yourself to go there for at least 45 minutes a day!. Either before or after classes, or if you have a gap in your schedule go then!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
