Here are some excellent bodyweight exercises that you can do anywhere! You can also try them with your 25 lb weights!.

DAY 1
Burpees!.
1!. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart with your hands over your head!. Now squat down and place your palms on the floor by your feet!.
2!. Kick both of your legs back so that you are now in position to do a pushup!.
3!. Bend your elbows and lower body until it is about one inch off the floor
4!. Now push yourself back up and at the end of the pushup quickly pull both knees into your chest keeping your hands on the floor!. You are basically jumping back in to the squat position found in step 1!.
5!. Now stand straight up by straightening your legs and throwing your hands in the air over your head!. You are now in the position that you started in!. Repeat as needed!.
6!. If you want to make the burpee more advanced by increasing the explosive power in your legs, jump about 3-4 inches into the air as you stand up in step 5!.

So that is a burpee!. This one movement works the entire body from head to toe by combining a squat with a pushup!.

Do 10 sets of burpees for 30 seconds as fast as you can do them!. Rest 45 seconds between sets!.

DAY 2

1-leg squats on to a chair 4x5 (four sets of five) each leg
V-up crunches 2x20 **Hands and feet should come up together to touch each other!. Keep your legs straight!.**
Regular crunches 3x20
Back hypers 2x20
Wall pushups 4x10
Dips off a chair 2xfailure
Pillars 3x1:00
**A pillar should start in a pushup position but you should rest on your forearms!. The object is to keep your abs contracted and keep your back straight as a board!. Hold for one minute!.



DAY 3

Leg Circuit **do leg circuit as one continuous set, no rest until the end of the circuit!. Between circuits, rest 1:30!. Repeat circuit 3 times**
Squat jump 15
Knees to chest 15
Heels to but 15
Lunges 15
Step-ups onto chair 15
Squat jump 15


DAY4

Pullups 3x15
Helicopter pushups 4 jumps each side
**These pushups are plyometric pushups, like a clap pushup except when you try to get air under your chest as you push up, you push your upper body as far to the right as possible to land!. The purpose is to get explosion!.

Crunches 200

Giant killers ---6 sets of 10 pushups combined with 30 sec mountain climbers
**Do 10 pushups, then staying up in pushup position, do: 30 seconds of mountain climbers (looks like you are running while in pushup position) drive your knees up into your chest as fast as you can!. After the: 30 sec is up, stay in the pushup position and do 10 pushups, repeat this process 6 times


DAY 5

Wall sits 4x 1:20
**Place your back flat on the wall and lower yourself to a seated position where the top of the thigh is parallel to the ground!.**
1 leg squats onto chair 4x5 each leg
Pillars 3x1:00
Reach thru crunch 2x20
**Place both legs in the air and spread them apart!. With your arms extended, reach as far between your knees as possible as you crunch up and hold for a 2 sec count!.**
V-up crunches 2x20
Regular crunches 1x20

DAY 6

500 bodyweight squats in 15: 00 **Make sure you
