What are some good exercises for these places?!


Question: What are some good exercises for these places!?
I want to work the backs of my arms and my "backside," to put it nicely!. I would like to make my booty as big as it can get :-)!. LOL!. Any suggestions!? I really enjoy using free weights at the gym!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lunges are great!. You can try to hold some weights while doing them!. Try that machine where you're bent over on your stomach and you push weight with your heels back!. For your arms use the tricep press!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
