what are some excersises that i can do in my room , like push upps or sit ups, that are good for loosing fat!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say start out running in place for about 5 minutes!.
Do about 30 push ups!.
Run in place for another 5 minutes
Do jumping jacks for about 3 minutes
Do 50 sit ups!.

or maybe even dancing/jumping around any thing that gets your heart rate goingWww@Answer-Health@Com
