Should I eat my biggest meal in the morning?!


Question: Should I eat my biggest meal in the morning!?
I know that you're supposed to eat your most hearty meal in the AM, but I work overnight and I get off at about 7AM!. I usually go to sleep about an hour or two later!. What do you suggest!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's recommeded that you eat your most hearty meal in the AM because MOST people are on a 9 to 5 ish schedule!. You're schedule is reversed and so should your diet be!. Whenever you get up you should eat your heaviest meal within about 30 minutes -1 hour!. That IS your "breakfast!. Then have your "lunch" about 3-4 hours later, then "dinner" 4-5 hours after that!. You should also have 2 healthy snacks a day (like baby carrots or carrot sticks, pretzels, fruit or yorgurt just as some suggestions)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh wow, your internal clock must really be crazzzay!. Ok, the thing to do is yes eat your biggest meal when you wake up, and by biggest i mean the most filled with nutrition, through out the day your brain moniters whats in your blood and if it sees something lacking it says " go eat", so eat a big healthy nutritious breakfast and throughout the day you wont be as hungry, snack often on something healthy and you'll be healthier for doing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you body is thinking that you are ready to settle down when you get home!. So in that case you have to do the opposite of others are doing!. You are suppose to eat you largest meal before you start your day meaning when you wake up!. That it allows you to burn all that fuel in you through your night day!. When you come home have dinner!. I just also wanted to let you know that it has been prov en that people who work at night are not getting enough sunlight!. Studies have shown people who work night shift are more likely to get cancer!. So in that case make sure what ever you eat that it is healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think the reasoning behind this is starting your day off with a nice healthy meal!. If you are getting off work at 7am this does not mean you should eat a big meal at this time because in actuality it is your dinner!. Your first meal after you wake up should be hearty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you need to eat 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day getting the same amount of calories in each mealWww@Answer-Health@Com
