Weight training and jogging combined?!

Question: Weight training and jogging combined!?
I have some knowledge and experience with exercise, but there is one question I have never seen answered!.

Can I do weight training with heavy weights for muscle mass on my legs in the same day that I jog!?

I know I cannot lift with the same muscle group for two days in a row so they can rest, but do the muscles need to avoid jogging or other endurance / aerobic work while they rest from from weight training!?

Answers:
You can do both on the same day, although you should be doing weight-training first in that case, so you aren't too tired to perform to your potential while weight-training!.

Jogging isn't a resistance exercise, therefore it does not workout the legs at all, it is only a cardio exercise!. In fact, jogging, like any cardio besides HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), burns muscle mass, it does not increase it!.

The only time when jogging becomes a resistance exercise is when there is an incline present!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
