Question: Best workout plan!?!?!?!?
I'm in the worst shape of my lifeeee!. I'm 5'8 210 pounds not much muscle!. Best shape of my life was at 165!. Its hard to believe i put on nearly 50 pounds!. I want to lose weight and gain a lot of muscle!. One problem part of the weight gain was due to me tearing my ACL!. Im rehabing I would say im about 75 percent!. Can't run yet but can ride bike!. Help meeeeeeeeeeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Shedding weight can be a challenge , but it is a worthwhile endeavor
