Through the years people have gotten a mistaken idea that you have to spend hours in the gym everyday to see results!. The truth is that changes happen when you recover!.
Okay, a couple of basic rules!.
1) No exercise session should last for more than 1 hour!. The optimal is about 45 minutes!.
2) Only do weight training every other day, 3 times a week!.
3) You can do cardio either after weight training or on the days between!. I prefer the latter!.
As a woman you can weight train like any man!. Obviously the weights would be less!. The exercises can be the same!. You also need to keep increasing the weight or you'll plateau and stop seeing progress!.
The easiest for most women is a good circuit!.
Women don't build easily because the lack the testosterone!. If you control your calories and are in calorie deficit you won't add mass!. I see so many women training with little 10lb weights for months!.
The rules for women are the same as for men!.
Lift enough to complete 8-10 reps!. If you can do more than 10 then the weight is too light!. Less than 8 and it's too heavy!. Try do one extra rep a week until you can do 10!. The following week add 5-10lb and so on!.

You should do 30 minutes of RIGOROUS (anything that makes you out of breath) exercise each day!. That is impossible for my daily life so i do 3 one hour sessions of cardio at the gym and 45 minutes of weights!. Just keep active through out your general day to day life by doing little changes such as walking to the shops as oppose to using the car and house work is also a good workout xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com
