Answers:
wow, you're pretty light so you may want to think about upping your calorie intake!.

Anyway, regardless!.!.!.you're not geting enough protein!. What you ate was ok (mostly) providing you spread it out all throughout the day!. I'd recommended adding a grilled chicken breast to your 'dinner' and then after practice following that up with a whey/cassein protein shake (take 1-1!.5 scoops of protein, little skim milk, ice and blend, toss in a small ripe banana and small spoonful of peanut butter and blend with some more ice)!. Taste great (kinda of like a Peanut butter moo Jamba - but Ive been making these since b4 Jamba came out with their version)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know what you're practicing outside for 3 hours, but if it's soccer or field hockey or cross country you need way more carbs and protein, those are your main source of energy during sports!. 1800-2000 calories is more appropriate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dude, you are at a pretty reasonable weight, so if you want to have somthing, then have it!. you have done great all day, so treat yourself a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
