Question: I think I ate too much at dinner!! HELP!! :(!?
i had 750 calories healthy before dinner!.
then for dinner i had a lean cuisine (260 cal, 5 gram fat), 45 cal whole wheat toast, 1!.5 cups of steamed broccoli, and one small plum!.
and then for dessert i had animal crackers (100 cal)
i just feel soo bloated and gross!.
i think i like binged almost!.
how many calories was this meal!?

The broccoli has approximately 80 calories, and the plum about 30!. Soyour entire dinner had about 470 calories, which is a good number for dinner!.
All in all, based on the numbers you gave, you've only eaten 1220 calories today, which really isn't much at all for your age!. You should be eating around 1500-1800, as your metabolism is very high!.
Add in some lean protein (chicken or turkey) and get rid of the refined carbs (the animal crackers) and you won't get that bloated feeling!.

that isn't too bad, just walk it off!. I did that yesterday (but worse) and i did 30 min!. of cardio after and felt a little better!
