I heard it was bad to hold dumbells while jogging?!
Question: I heard it was bad to hold dumbells while jogging!?
If I do some running on the treadmill or something, I sometimes will hold a 5lb dumbbell in each hand!. I recently read that this was bad, but it didn't say why!. Can someone tell me first of all if it is harmful, and second why!? Thanks, and I will be choosing best answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
