After excercise weight gain ?!


Question: After excercise weight gain !?
when i go to the gym the next morning i gain weight!. and even a couple days later I gain weight!.
Its like what am i doing wrong!.
Im findin it hard to stay motivated to go to the gym!. Help!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There can be many factors why you are gaining weight!. First of all in order to find out the most accurate weight that you are, you should weigh yourself in the morning after you use the restroom!. Reason being is because you gain water weight throughout the day!. Also you have to remember when you are working out, your not only burning fat, you are also toning muscle!. Muscle weighs more than fat!. You may gain weight because you are building muscle even though you probably can't tell yet!. It is a good thing to do a 1hr of cardio every day to loose weight the fastest!. Before you notice any weight dropping you need to build muscle!. The more muscle you have the easier it is to loose weight!. Just keep positive and stick with it!. With a healthy balanced diet and cardio and weight lifting you will see results in no time!. if you're doing a lot of weight training this could be normal because you are building muscles and they are heavier then fat!. don't let the scale put you down, instead try measuring how many inches you're loosing!Www@Answer-Health@Com
