Question about weight loss?!

Question: Question about weight loss!?
I am currently 5'1 and weight 127!. I'm trying to get back to 115 (pre baby weight), and I wanted to know if cutting out the fast food will help!. At work we usually eat fast food at least 4 days a week!. I have substituted that with a turkey sandwich on whole wheat and mustard with a slice of tomato!. Also because as a mother of two I'm pretty active as it is, I've started beginning my mornings with 60 jumping jacks, 30 crunches and 30 side bends on each side with 3ib weights!. Do you think any of this will help me reach my goal!. My dinners and breakfasts are already pretty healthy, so I'm not concerned with those either!. Thank you:))Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cutting out fast food and bringing your own lunch is a great start!. Cooking your own foods its healthier!. You should work out 60-90 minutes each day!. That's what i do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am sure you are pretty active !. !. !. being a mother with small children is tough! Congratulations to you!

Still - try going to jogs or something with your kids in a stroller or on bikes!. Get that cardio in - it really makes a difference!.

I would also say cutting out fast food is a VERY good thing - but it sounds like you are smart when choosing meals!. Stay away from the greasy stuff - and actually - try bringing your lunch from home, maybe that would help as well - not every day, but a few times a week!.

Anyway - good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
