Question: Excersise before or after a Meal!?
When is the best time to exercise before or after a meal!? I sometimes work out late and have dinner before but its not always comfortable working out after a meal I most often get stomach cramps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

When working out seriously, schedule your meals around your workouts; not the other way around!. Eat before a workout and after a workout!. Before a workout, eat something lighter--a shake and banana maybe!. After a workout, eat the heavy carbs, protein, etc (whatever your diet)--this is when your muscles are repairing from the workout and need energy most!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I find that it is best to eat a something small but slow burning and high protein and fibre to fill be up before a workout (such as a protein/cereal bar!.) Then I eat breakfast (if I workout in the morning) or dinner (if I work out at night) like I usually would!. My meals are small though like a plain bowl of oatmeal or a bowl of steamed veggies and fat free dressing!.
What ever works for you is what is best for you!. Some people cannot eat before a workout, and others feel sick if they eat after!. Just do whatever works for you! Whatever you do just make sure u stay hydrated and replace lost electrolytes!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you eat slow burning carbs before ur work out to get ur muscles the nutriants and then u eat fast burning carbs after ur work out like fruit Www@Answer-Health@Com
