My exercise work out - help?!


Question: My exercise work out - help!?
i'm 13 and i don't really do any sport!. that's why i'm trying to do some exercising at home!.
i walk to school everyday that takes around 15 minutes!.
i walk around school so to and from lessons - 25 minutes all together!.
break and lunch - 1 hour

that'ts 1 hour and 35 mins of walking!. not much really!
so i've been doing around
50 situps everyday after school and jogging and skipping!.
would this be ok!?
at the weekend i also go shopping and ice skating and swimming so i'm alright for then xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
