How well did I eat today?!


Question: How well did I eat today!?
I have about 20 more lbs to lose, I'm done from 180 to about 160, and today I had:

Breakfast:

Whole wheat toast with peanut butter
A no sugar peach fruit cup
Glass of water

Lunch:
Mandarin Orange fruit cup
Cheese Stick
Water
(I wasn't really hungry today at lunch, I usually have a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with cheese and lettuce, AND the fruit cup with a bottled water, but I wasn't feelin the sandwich today!.)

Snack: A medium banana

Dinner: A serving of chicken and rice casserole with steamed broccoli and cauliflower plus a bottle of water!.

I drink a lot of water throughout the day and that really keeps me full longer!. I don't feel deprived or anything right now, although I haven't eaten the dinner yet!.

I plan on doing about 30-45 minutes of walking tonight a few hours after I eat dinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds good but it's kind of lacking in food!. Eating before bed is not a bad thing!. Just make sure it's almost an hour before bed and not after 9 o clock and it will be fine!. You could do something like a granola bar or some assorted nuts, that are high in protein as a nightly snack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think you did choose healthy things to eat but obviously your lunch was to small but i think you know that and obviously sometimes we just are not hungry!. but anyway you made very good decisions today and good job and losing the weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

your breakfast is lacking protein, peanut butter doesnt really have a lot!. It is recommended that you drink water in between meals so the food is digested easier and also it helps you with cravings and feeling full!.
Where is your snack between bk and lunch!?
There isnt enought food for lunch!. i would need to see how much protein and fat the cheesestick has and you're eating too much sugar w/that mandarin, perhaps try cutting up 5 strawberries and 1/2 of cottage cheese, if it's fat free then a cup!.

the banana is ok but i would consume half of it and perhaps drinking 1/2 of whey protein or another source of protein and adding some sort of fat!.!.!. when i say that i mean 2!.5g of HEALTHY fat!.

Keep in mind its better to eat fruit during the morning or before early afternoon because the sugar in fruits just hangs around our blood so if its not burned it'll tend to stay for a while!. You're more than likely to burn it off early in the day since that's when most individuals tend to be more active!. If you eat at night make sure you take a walk at least 30 min afterwards!. A diet that really works and is approved by the FDA is one that contains proteins, carbs and healthy fats (such as omega 3s found in flax seed, fish and fish oil, or olive oil)!. Portion control is key!. Learn to weigh all your stuff and read food labels, eventually you'll know it by heart!. I actually used to weigh 185 and im down to 167, and just started a month and a half ago following this diet given to me by a nutritionist!. If you want more details you can message!.
