Answers:
Yes!.!.!. if you have fat on your feet! I went from a 9!.5 shoe size to 7!.5 after losing 227 pounds!.

Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. Once I lost 96 lb!. and 126 inches!. My shoes size went down 2 sizes!. Most importantly when trying to lose weight, you do it gradually and follow a healthy eating plan!. Add exercise to your plan so that you tone up as you lose as well!. On average I lost 1 to 3 lbs!. a week and it took me about 9 months to lose the weight!. Never felt or looked better in my life and am about to embark on trying to lose again!. If you don't make the change for life the weight does come back, and so too will you be sporting a bigger pair of shoes!. :) Good Luck!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Certainly!. If your foot is wide because of extra weight, losing the weight will put you into a smaller width!. Length is less affected!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

depends on how fat you were!. I know a woman who lost 200 lbs, yes her shoe size went from a 10 wide to a 9 1/2

congratulations to flutterbidiva above me for the weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe!. Sometimes they could be swollen from all the extra weight so when you lose the weight, the swelling goes down and you drop show sizesWww@Answer-Health@Com

It might get narrower, if your foot slims down!. It shouldn't get smaller, since your bone structure won't change!.!.!. unless you've been buying shoes that are too large to compensate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
