Putting on weight fast?!


Question: Putting on weight fast!?
hi, not long ago i turned 15, i weigh 10!.5 stone (66 kilos)
Thats a pretty normal weight but hold it!.
my height is 185cm (almost 6!.1 feet) My height makes me look skinny!.
i do lot of sports (basketball, football, ect!.!.!.)
but i need to get hench so i dont get easily knocked down!.
Been lifting weights since i was 13!. My target weight is about 72 to 75kg (about 11!.5 stone)

the only thing everyone keeps telling me for putting on weight is that you have to increase your caloric intake!.
its not going to happen over time because im assuming that you, like me, have a fast metabolism!.

what you need to do is basically eat more carbs and protein!. watch your caloric intake!. increase it by about 200 calories a week and also drink more water!. adding protein powder to a bottle of water and drinking that like you normally would drink water is a great way to get protein and more water as well!.

dont overdo the protein or the carbs though, take everything gradually and you will begin to see minor results within a month and more results within two months if you keep with it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it's normal for people in their teens to look skinny!. As you get older you will probably fill out a little more!. But if you wat to speed things up, the only thing you can do is workout hard and eat more!.

Your at a good age to start a workout regiment and eat well to put on muscle and weight!. I didn't start till i was 20, went into the military and gained over 11kg in two years!. Just from working-out and eating right!.

It's a slow process to put on muscle!. No matter what, putting on weight fast is bad for you!. If you put on fat it will slow you down and could be hard to get rid of later!. If you use enhancment drugs they will take years off your life!.

Just keep lifting and playing sports and eventually you'll be diesel!.
