Question: I want to tone up my body!?
Well since the summer holidays is over i haven't gone back to school that's due to being kicked out!. So ive been lazying about eating more junk food them normal since then i 've notice that i'm gaining weight and this is really upsetting me!. But i just seem to be super hungry all
the time!.


My thighs are shaky and my belly is round and fat :(


i'd love a exercise routine

If you are super hungry all the time it means you are eating way too many bad carbs and sugar which will turn to fat!. Cut out the sugar and simple carbs!. eat lots of veggies, fruit, good carbs and protein!. Cut out all sodas!. They are really bad!. They have the equivalent of 13 teaspoons of sugar in one regular soda!. UGH Go walking for at least 45 minutes a day!. There are plenty of exercises you can do at home!. Look some up on the internet!. You are not too young to go to the Y!. Find an older person to go with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i'll give you the best way to lose fat from your thighs and getting rid of your belly but you have to be up to it because it's a little bit hard way but very effective and quick one!.

it is a cardiovascular exercise done 3 times a week on an empty stomach in the following way:

1!. four mins jogging

2!.twenty secs sprint followed by 10 secs rest to catch your breath!.!.another 20 secs sprint followed by 10 secs rest !.!.this is done till you reach a total of 8 sprints!. so the sum will be another 4 mins

3!.four mins jogging again !.

so the sum will be only 12 mins of cardiovascular but take care it is vigorous but u'll see results within the first week!.!.

Get out and start walking/jogging or ride a bike!. Watch what you eat and how much you eat!. Write down what you are eating to track things and make improvements!. Stay away from sodas, chips, candy, etc!. Drink more water!. Do situps, pushups, jumping jacks, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running is always a cheap option!. If all you want to do is get rid of the excess fat in your stomach and legs, then stop eating junk food, and start running every other day!. Run a half mile at first, stretch, then run another half mile, and stretch again!. Do this for the first week!. The next week try half mile, stretch, full mile, and stretch!.

The idea is to warm up with a half mile, then when you stretch out your muscles you will enable yourself to keep running without getting too sore!. After the first stretch, your running should start burning fat!. Keep increasing the distance as you are able to!. After every run, you should be sweating and out of breath!. When you stretch after your run, you save your muscles from being sore the next day!. You don't need to stretch before your warm up half mile!. It won't do much for you!.

Try not to eat up to two hours before your run, and avoid drinking too much water up to 30 minutes before your run!. Drink lots of water after your run, and constantly throughout the day!. No pop/soda, ever!. For weight loss, you should avoid excess carbs (breads and such), and make sure you get the normal amount of proteins in a day!. Even a little more protein than standard is helpful!. You should only eat when your hungry, and you generally should only eat to replenish nutrients, supply your body with vitamins and proteins, and to give yourself energy!. Any excess energy will be stored as fat!. I would recommend a 1500-1600 calorie diet, which would consist of fruits, vegetables, dairy, fiber, protein and carbs in the morning, protein in the evening!. Your breakfast will be the biggest meal of the day - toast, eggs, oatmeal, fruit, milk!. Take a snack in between breakfast and lunch like a granola bar!. Lunch would be a salad with a vinaigrette dressing (no ranch or any other thick and creamy dressing), with a variety of greens and vegetables!. Run a couple hours after lunch!. Dinner would be fairly light - with lean meats, another vegetable, keep the carbs light if you have them (pasta, bread, potatoes, etc!.)!. Maybe a yogurt as a evening snack if you feel hungry!. Try not to each anything a couple hours before bed though!.

Apart from the food, drink water constantly throughout the day!.

On days you aren't running, you could elect to do some light leg exercises like lunges, squats, also throw in some more ab exercises like incline crunches and bicycle crunches!. Also try to do crunches before and after your run on the days when you do run!. The best easy and quick ab exercises are bicycle crunches, incline crunches, exercise ball crunches, oblique crunches!.
