1 meal a day is drastically little!. "Healthy" would be eating three; that's if you want to lose weight!. If you don't eat frequently enough, your metabolism will hardly ever be running, and when it does it will have so many calories to burn that extra will be converted to fat!.

The cardiovascular training and sit-ups will eventually assist in weight loss!. It'd take a while if you walk, but keep it up and you'll see results in less than a month (assuming you do it daily and eat right)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont eat one meal a day!. You can burn off calories quickly if you eat several small meals during they day!. for two hours of sitting and watching tv you burn about 120 calories!. So if your active you can easily burn off a couple of salads or a piece of fruit!. Remember your body needs fuel to function!. you should be eating atleast 3 meals a day!.
most people think that they little you eat, the more weight you'll lose!.
but that's completely false!.
your body needs food for energy, if you have no energy, you'll be very weak and unable to do the exercise you want daily!.
if you eat healthy foods and go by the food pyramind and serving sizes, then you should lose weight eventually!.
sit ups don't usually do much, try doing push-ups and putting one of those rubber balls behind your back, then do sit-ups!.
