Question: Is what this "diet" ok for a fourteen year old!?
I'm fourteen, weigh 160, is 5'6 feet tall and I'd like to loose about 7 pounds in two months!. Is that reasonable!? And I cheat a lot!. Just small things, like a caramel here and a cracker there!. Will this slow down my weight loss a lot!? I run/walk about 3 and half miles, five times a week!. I eat normally, but just put vegetables on one half of the plate, and whatever on the other half!. Should I be more careful!?

7 pounds is very reasonable in 2 months!. You will be taking it slow, which is what u r supposed to do!. I used to weigh 165, but I now weigh about 127!. I took it slow and it payed off!. Your diet sounds very good, but here are some things to watch out for- Cut down on the bread, when you eat bread, eat wheat with a lot of fiber in it!. Drink plenty of water, cut out soft drinks, one diet soda a day is enough!. If you have a chocolate craving, eat 3-4 hershey kisses and that craving will disappear!. Try keeping a food diary and writing down EVERYTHING you eat (including every extra caramel or cracker)!. Calculate the total calories!. Then calculate the total number of calories you burn a day!. If the food calories are higher than the burned calories, you will not lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
