Question: Is Protein shake good for a 16 year old!?!?!?!?
ima start drinking it and i workout monday-friday
is good for me or if not y!?

It is only protein!. Protein is needed for the body to grow!. Your body needs more protein if you are working out!. Just like a car uses more fuel when you drive fast!. You body is growing, all the more reason to feed it!. Nice thing about protein is that extra protein in the body is harder to covert to fat which will allow the burning of more calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im 14 and workout tueday-friday i have one after every workout thats most important with grinded up 1/2 a cup of oatmeal!. its good to drink them but limit yourself to about 2 a day and thats it, one in morning and one some other time during day doesnt matter i would only do 1/2 a cup of grinded up oatmeal only after workouts though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would not advise protein supplements at your age!. You are still growing and providing you eat healthy you can obtain all the proteins you need from food!. Eat more nuts, meat, beans, etc these are full of proteins!. Only use the protein shakes after you have reached full maturity and if you want to be a body builder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

2 a day!?! no no no no look these shakes are good post workout morning if it's necessary but u need food dont rely just on supplements are they bad for u!.!.!.NO they are a great easy accesibile quick source of protein i mix mine w/ a banana milk and sometimes berries after a workout sides that i eat 4 other meals in the day at least each high in protein u wanna get strong u gota eat big to gain muscle eat protein aim for 15-30g per meal every 3 hrs to keep u at ur peak good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
