If your trying to gain weight I'd say 1!.5-2 grams per pound!. So between 200-266 grams would be good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You really only need 1 gram per pound of lean body mass, not body weight!. I think you said your gym teacher's scale recorded 15% body fat for you!? So at 133 pounds, 15% body fat, your lean body mass is 113 pounds!.

So you really only need a minimal of 113 grams of protein a day to maintain a positive nitrogen balance, since you are bodybuilding, but more won't hurt you!. I don't think the protein is really the cause of the bloating, maybe you're not drinking enough water!. Anyway, try out the new diet, maybe the bloating will stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are working out with weights the minimum protein requirenment is 1g for every pound you weigh - so 133g a day would be your *minimum!.* And if you want to gain muscle you have to have weight training of course!.
