Answers:
You can gain weight eating anything if the calories you take in are more than the calories burned!. Every viable weight management program ever created has this simple equation at its core!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't see how eating 5 fruits a day could make you gain weight, no matter what they were!. When I was dieting I ate a grapefruit, an orange and an apple before going to sleep and got up the next morning and had lost 6 lbs!. If it's fresh fruit and not coated in anything fattening, 5 fruits a day won't make you gain!. They are very low in fat and calories!. Fruits like coconut do have more calories, but even so, I doubt it would make you gain!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know that this is valid!. You should not be able to gain weight by eating 5 fruits a day!. I think I will need to look this one up!. My answer is no, you will not gain weight in this manner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depending on what type of fruits some fruits are very fattening and high in calories choose wisely Www@Answer-Health@Com
