How much should i work out everyday?!


Question: How much should i work out everyday!?
if i want to be lean and muscel!.i want to weigh 105-110lbs and im a 16years old, female
right now i weigh 124lbs
what should i eat, or is a good diet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are going to start a workout plan, you shouldn't do more than 45 minutes a day!. And I would recommend no more than 5 days per week!. Take 2 days a week as a rest, like Sunday and Thursday!.!.!.
As far as eating goes, lean proteins like egg whites, tuna, cottage cheese, chicken, salmon!.!.!.and then vegetables, anything green, and try to avoid a lot of starch (potatoes and carrots)!. Fruits are good to eat right before or after workouts because of the natural sugars!. Try not to load up though! Good luck, and try to have fun with your workouts!. Do things you like to do, so that you don't burn out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat protein, and try to use whatever calories you intake!. also, work out every other day for about a half hour otherwise you'll hurt yourself!.
