i have never realy eatin breakfast,and now i am!.im worried about gaining weight because now i am eating breakfast will it make me gain weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, it all depends on the foods you'll eat for breakfast!. Eat healthier foods and you shouldn't, and by doing so, you'll metabolism will also be up and running but if you go for the junky foodd!.!.!. you won't get the results you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
