If you do how has that helped improve your fitness!?

I'm going to start exercising with my friend i have known her for 10years im 23 and I was wondering how it improves your workouts or even how it doesn't!.

My friend and I have kids and not much time, so we can't exercise together all the time!. BUT we've set aside time once a week to meet up!. It's fantastic because I know that some days if it were up to me I wouldn't bother going, but I end up going because I don't want to let her down!. And I find we push each other further than we would on our own!. If I want to stop jogging and start walking she'll say "just to that next tree! Go one!" and I do the same for her!. We often talk while we exercise which takes my mind off the hurt lol!. We check in on each other by phone most days and see what exercise we've done on our own!.

The downside!.!.!.if your friend is less fit than you then it won't be challenging and you might get frustrated with her!. If she's a lot fitter than you she might try to push you too far!. Depending on your personalities sometimes friends talk each other out of exercise "I can't really be bothered, shall we just go get coffee today!?"!.

The best thing we've found is to find events to train for!. Fun runs, mini triathlons etc!. We were both overweight and really unfit and I can hardly believe we got fit enough to go in these events but it's hugely fun and really motivating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think its better to gave a mixture of both working out alone and working with a partner!. Sometimes working out with the partner has that added benefit especially if you put in a sense of competition so that makes u workout even harder!. But make sure ur workout partner is not lazy! Nope, do it by myself!.!.!.!.and prefer it that way!. Another person would just be a distraction to me!.!.!.!.and if they were not at the level of fitness that I am at, then that would be a problem for my workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I exercise with my wife six days a week!. If I did not have someone to do it with I probably would not exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
