Question: How can i loose ten pounds!?
i am 12 years old am a lilttle bigger than i want to be

That is easy for most people, run on treadmill or go for a jog regularly for approx 30min each day on a comfortable speed and elevation!.

1!. No Soda or carbonated drinks! Drink lots of water!

2!. No donuts! Cut down on sweets!.

3!. Don't eat too much before bed time!. A small snack is ok!.

4!. Exercise!

Being that you're only 12!.!.!.you shouldn't try an crazy diet!. All you need to do is eat a healthy balanced diet with whole grains, fruits, veggies, meat, chicken, etc!. and cut out fried fatty foods and soda pop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

join a school sport!
i joined water polo and i lost sooo much weight!
along with a sport, eat healthier foods!. like apples bananas, salads (fat free dressings)!.
