Is there a website or reference that will show you how many calories burned for !

Question: Is there a website or reference that will show you how many calories burned for a specific exercise!?
For example like info on how many calories would you burn if you walked for an hour, jogged for 30min, pull ups, and ETC!. ECT!. I just want to make sure I am exercising enough and I am burning sufficient calories to lose weight!. I don't want to be like eating the recommended calories and walk for like 20min and finding out later that I only burned like 20 calories!. If any of that makes sense!. Thanks again!! I'm learning a lot!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just letting you know, in terms of reducing body fat, you need to do high intensity cardio exercises!. Low intensity cardio, like walking, is not intense enough to speed up the metabolic rate after your workout, which is when maximum fat loss takes place!. Also, nutrition is far more important, exercise only speeds up the process!. Anyway, here are two good sites for what you're looking for:

I don't know of any specific sites, but when you do find some, make sure you can enter your weight because that really determines how many calories you burn!. I have a treadmill that doesn't allow me to enter my weight, so it will show I am burning the same amount of calories as my 11 year old, which isn't realistic!. My exercise bike, though, does let me enter my weight, so I am able to see a realistic number for the calories I've burned!. If you go to a site where they don't require you to enter your weight, find another site that's more reliable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try www!.myfooddiary!.com

This website you can log in and track what you eat and how many calories it is, as well as how many calories burned for different activities!. (It's free) Good luck!!
