Question: Good exercise to build tummy abs!? !?
I'm fit and I love my weight and my belly, but I'd like it defined a little more!. I would just like to know what exercise would be best for this!.

Do 100 curl-ups without stopping!. This is great for your abs and will definately help you get great ones!. Or, if you can and want your abs sooner, do 200 in a row every night!.


If you don't want to do this, just get an Ab Lounge!. :D
