Does running and walking help tone your butt?!


Question: Does running and walking help tone your butt!?
if i were to run 5 laps around a track every two days for 8 months, would my butt get toned!?
or is there another way to do it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

ha ha ha!. Yeah, I say running helps tone up your whole body!.

But, If you really want to tone your butt then you should do other stuff!. Females like to do "lunges"!. I see a lot of girls do it the gym!.

Also, I know if you walk up hills or climb stairs that works out your butt too!.

pilates love it!!!!!!!!!!! it lifts, rounds and tones your butt!!!!! in weeks the only set back is you have to keep at it or it fall again :( Www@Answer-Health@Com
