Arms exercises techniques?!

My arms are seriously chubby and fatty!. Do you know any easy and simple exercises that dont need equipment!? best answers = 10 points!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is how I've slimmed down my arms: get a 5 pound weight (or waterbottle filled with sand/dirt) and hold it in one hand!. Bring the arm with weight straight above your head!. Have your other arm come around behind your head and let your hand grab right underneath your elbow!. This gives your arm with the weight support!. Bend arm with weight at elbow and then straighten it again!. I do 20 presses slowly and then switch to other arm (having one arm still supporting the arm with the weight!.) Then I go back to first arm and do 20 fast presses and then switch again!. I do the routine twice so its: both arms slow, both arms fast, both arms slow, both arms fast!.
