i would highly suggest the special k diet!. i started 31/2 weeks ago and i've already lost 7 pounds!. I thought it wouldn't work but it is awesome!. The food is really good and it actually fills you up!. Plus i've lost this weight without exercising, i just really don't have the time!. It's really great!.!
