Hi , i just wanted to know at what calorie intake does your body conserve fat, and start becoming anorexic!. Because I want to diet, but i don't want to become anorexic, like is it 1000 calories !? Plz comment, thankyou ! Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's generally 1,200 calories, but a safer range for dieting is 1,400+ calories!.
Edit: No, it's not ok, 1,200 is the limit, and I wouldn't even advise that, sticking to 1,400 is a generally safe range, 1,200 is pushing it to the limits, going below is not good, and yes, it would make a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

500-800 calories is really low!. To lose weight the healthy way, you can try a 1200 calorie diet!. It will make you lose weight, but its a healthy way to do it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
