Answers:
A low sugar Yoghurt, baked beans, banana, tuna on rivita's, apples, healthy canned soups, fruit salad, a protein drink (that is low in sugar), i also like to eat muesli for morning tea with low fat milk ---- super energy for the day------ Look up some low GI foods which are mostly natural you will find!. Perhaps these may not tempt your taste buds right now but give it a go!. These foods are all healthly and mostly natural!. Stay away from the quick sugar fixes and reduce (not necessarily exclude) caffeine!. These are all great foods but the best option is (as long as your not skipping meals) always WATER!. Sometimes dehydration is confused with hunger!. You could be searching for that quick sugar fix especially when you are short of time!. With regular water intake during your day you will find you have much more energy!. So many people do everything right with correct diet, adequate exercise, plenty of sleep and forget the main ingredient - WATER!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oatcakes are great, you can buy them in a box with individual packs of 6 in them!. They are ok on there own, although a bit dry, but better with toppings like soft cheese and tomato or jam!.
Also flapjack is great, its so cheap to make and you can add whatever you like to it, very easy and quick to make too!. A small square will give you a real boost, especially if you add things like raisins and sunflower seeds!.

Hope this helps!
