If you include in that healthy food those foods with fiber content than yes!. As far as that goes, your body does not know how to count a calorie!. You don't know how much your body actually burns in truth!. So of course, if you are eating healthy foods and avoiding unhealthy (that is the real key) you can eat until you are satisfied and not have to count calories at all!. If you are hungry, then eat!. But always eat what is good for you, avoiding most of all sugar and hydrogenated oils!. Secondly limit your amount of corn oils and animal fat, but allow yourself to partake freely of olive oils, nut oils and other healthy oils!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You mean could you have 300 extra calories above your 1500 limit at long as the calories came from healthy food!? No!. If your goal is weight loss and you're counting calories, the calorie is the same whether it comes from a peanut M&M or a grape!. It sounds like you are the right track, though!.!.!. if your goal is weight loss!. 1200-1500 calories is okay for WEIGHT LOSS!. If you're just talking about your day to day regular diet!. Eat those extra 300 calories!. A 2000 calorie diet is suitable for a woman!. 2,500 calories is closer to what a man would/should be eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first thing you need to find out is what your Resting Metabolic Rate is!. Your RMR will tell you how many calories your body burns a day without any activity!. Find yours here: http://www!.shapeup!.org/interactive/rmr1!.!.!.!.

If you are trying to lose weight, undercut this number by 200 a day and that, along with the calories you burn during normal daily activity (usually 500-1000 or more) will allow you to lose weight at a healthy rate!.

If you're trying to maintain your weight, eat your RMR plus 500 calories!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
