Question: What is the best way to motivate weight loss and stick to an exercise plan!? !?

Well, I will still say that motivation from a workout partner is by far the best thing you can do!. Sometimes you have to seek someone out!. I've gone as far as posting local ads to find workout partners!. There's nothing that beats accountability!! I bet you could find someone in your same shoes if you tried!. There are also plenty of support websites that offer chat forums and stuff!. You can find them by googling "fat loss support" or something like that!.

I'm not sure what you mean by not having support from friends/family!.!.!.I hope that doesn't mean they make it harder on you!? One of the biggest set backs in a case like this is having people in your household that don't help matters!. You see people lose weight all the time and wonder how they have such success!. Uh! I have the same problem!. Its just that i have slow metabolism thats why its difficult for me to loose weight!. I dont have any support from my family either, actually they make fun of me most of the time, at first of course you'll get hurt, but u'll get used with it and you'll eat more!. Uh! Are you single!? Right now, the reason why i want to loose weight and i'm doing it even it so hard its because i want to have a baby, and if i will not work this hard, it'll be difficult for me to conceive!. make it fun!.!.!. never think that you only need to do it to lose weight!. instead, put in your mind that it's now a FUN and NORMAL part of your life that you always do as much as going to the bathroom or watching TV!. many people resort to eating for comfort, or as a reward for doing something hard!. so, you'll less likely eat just because you think you deserve it when you don't think that what you're doing is so much of a big deal!.
