How to stop snacking unhealthily?!?!


Question: How to stop snacking unhealthily!?!!?
Hey so um basically I keep having unhealthy snacks, like waffels for breakfast and kit kats after school and all these snacks from the tuck shop and then midnight chocs!. I mean I get hungry after school but how to I eat less frequently and more healthily, like I can't eat fruit instead of chocolate because it doesnt appeal to me
And I keep eating seconds and thirds at dinner aswell!. I'm not overweight btw, just a few pounds over what I should be!.!.

You can eat fruit instead of chocolate, if you do so for a while you will probably start to like it a lot more!.
The only way to stop unhealthy snacking is to replace the foods you usually eat with healthy alternatives!. Eg, fruit instead of chocolate or sweets, un sweetened cereal instead of waffles and brown bread instead of white!.

To quit going back for 2nds and 3rds after dinner!.!.!.!.fill up your plate, then box up and put the leftovers in the fridge before you eat!.

As soon as you are done eating, go brush and floss your teeth!. Then gargle with antisceptic mouthwash for 30 seconds (be sure to use the kind that stings! It's the only kind that really kills the germs!.) I find that after I clean my teeth, the desire to keep eating almost evaporates!. Think about it!.!.!.!.your stomach IS full, so you've just got to get your mind off of non-stop eating!. Cleaning the taste out of your mouth and getting up from the table for a few minutes does the trick for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Honey, i wish i knew! I'm a picker, especially when the weather gets colder!. I work out every day, and i'm not over weight, but i'm not as slim as i'd like to be, but i cant stop snacking, its my curse!. I think i was born without will power!. don `t buy unhealthy snacks from the store replace it with fruits and veggies , Some of my favorites are oranges, berries veggie with ranch dip and roasted garlic hummus dip( you can get it at the store like where the cheese dips are) with whole wheat ritz crackers( YUM) Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate fruit too!! I started eating south beach diet bars that are chocolate, and they have high protein and fiber ones, also flavored rice cakes are good too, try the ranch!.!.!.!.!.!.!.and popcorn with no butter,good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

The body is designed to take care of itself!. Your stomach is the size of the palm of your hand so if ever you eat more food in one sitting than fits in your hand, you are overeating!.
Begin your day with oatmeal, it will stay with you longer throughout the day!. Eat 3 nutritional meals a day, spread throughout the day!. Don't let your stomach feel too hungry or you'll overeat and feel stuffed and miserable!.
Everything you do eat, eat it very slow and chew every bite very slow and savor every flavor!. Don't ever gulp anything down!.
Don't ever eat anything for 3 hours before you go to sleep because your body goes into a fix mode as soon as you fall asleep and that includes fat burning!.
Take a good multivitamin, B-complex and Chromium Picolinate to aid in cravings and the processing of sugars!.
Don't drink sodas which have no nutritional value what-so-ever and don't consume caffeine!. Caffeine raises your blood pressure and your body slows the metabolism to compensate!.
Don't forget to play!. Run, skip, jump a rope, swing, swim, play ball and dance, dance, dance!.
Eating slow is the way to eat!. It should take you 45 min to 1 hour just to eat a dinner the size of your palm and you'll stay fuller longer because that in itself speeds your metabolism!.
