Walking... can you lose weight?!


Question: Walking!.!.!. can you lose weight!?
I really hate doing exercise and don't do them at all, can just walking for a long time make you lose weight!? My main concern is my stomach and legs so can I just walk better!?

But will I LOSE weight just by walking and eating healthier!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES!!!
walking is a great activity! I've recently started a "healthier lifestyle" (not wanting to diet EVER again) I have been drinking lots of water!.!.!.!.!. it's a good idea to have a glass before a meal to fill you up a little before eating, walking!.!.!.!.!.started at 1/2hr, now up to 1hr some nights if i feel extra sassy i go 1&1/2hrs! I also do yoga for strengthening and stretching and have turned vegetarian (not saying it's for everyone)
I've been at it a month now and have lost 12lbs (it's because i lost like 5 the first week) and 4inches altogether off my hips and waist, still have a loooooong ways to go yet tho!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
