I work 60-80 hours a week so I see how you feel about being tired and wore out after a long day!. I post pictures in my bathroom and my bedroom of what I'd like to look like!. I take dry erase markers and write down goals!.

I've also learned that eve 20-30 min of working out can REALLY boost your energy level!. What am I going to miss sitting at home anyway!? Another re-run of frasier!? lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say much a medium-sized Slim Jim snack or drink a protein drink maybe an hour or so before you leave work!.

Then, a few minutes before you leave work, discretely run your hands over some of the developing muscles in your body and think about how much more developed they'll be as a result of the killer workout you're going to do in a little while!.

Imagine yourself working out as you get ready to leave work!. Picture yourself on machine, pumping that iron like a relentless steam engine!.

I don't know, might work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you don't mind a little caffeine (I'm talking 15mg a serving) Lipton makes this "Tea to Go" - you mix a packet with 16oz of water and its zero calorie, light, tastes good and gives you a little pick me up with the caffeine from the Green Tea!. I usually have some 1/2 hr before I leave work and I feel up enough when I get home to hit the gym!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stare at yourself in the mirror!.
Trust me, you'll be finding flaw after flaw and those flaws are going to motivate you to workout!.
And also while your in the mirror, look at the positives, what you achieved!. That also helps me get motivated!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Force yourself to start working out everyday after work ( within an hour or you might get lazy) It will get easier everyday and you'll start to have more energy and feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Think of how good you'll feel when you get done!. Or set a goal, like running a 5 or 10k, to work towards!. Good luck and have fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I never go home first!. Always go directly to the gym then home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
