Question: What can i do to lose pounds in my legs!?
i am geting my belly down slowy but surely and i wanted to know is there anything good i can do to get my thighs down some what!? any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good for you for losing! To help work your thighs, try some of these exercises!. Squats - I like three part squats!. First stand and do them with your feet shoulder length apart, then wider, then even wider!. You should really feel that!. Lunges are good too!. Try side to side shuffles!. Stand sideways, and shuffle, or gallop, from side to side!. Another exercise you can do while sitting is to take a pillow and put it between your thighs, then squeeze!.

Everyone has a trouble spot!. It can be around the stomach, thighs, arms or chest!. No matter where your trouble spot is, the solution is exactly the same!. You need to eat less and exercise more!. The reason why there's only one solution for all of these problems is because it's impossible to tell your body where to burn the excess fat from!.

When you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy as fat in different areas around the body!. YES! walk,walk,walk!Start off a mile 3x per week,then two till you get to 4 miles-walk it in one hour!.That is a 15 minute mile and a pretty good clip!It IS working for me! EWww@Answer-Health@Com
