Going from a 9 to a size 5 in jeans?!

Question: Going from a 9 to a size 5 in jeans!?
Okay, I'm about 5'4'', 125 lbs!. medium frame!. I want to get into a size 5 jeans!. I already am working out, and my goal weight is 117 lbs!. I've read other questions that people ask, and I says that to lose a jean size, it's about 10 lbs!.

And I'm not really trying to lose 20 lbs!. So, I'm wondering if there's a way to fit into a size 5 without losing so much weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
when you work out, you'll gain some muscle- and even though you'll be losing fat- muscle ways more than fat because it is more dense!.

i would go for the size of the jeans as a goal- not the weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course there is!. I don't know who said that each jean size is 10lbs but they were wrong!. I would say loose about 10lbs and you will fit into a size 5!. It also might depend on what brand of jeans you are trying to fit in because, and I never say this but I weigh 120lbs and im a size 3!. So depending on the jeans you want to get into it may vary but I would say just loose 10 and concentrate on your tummy, maybe use a corset for a month and you should be fine!. I hope I've been helpful Www@Answer-Health@Com
