Question: Exersizing help!?! [10 points for best answer]!?
I used to do Cross Country, but I broke my toe so i cant!. Now all i feel is fat, and I need some way to lose 5 pounds!. Is there any easy way without exersizing, because im super busy too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well in order to lose weight you need to exercise!. But there is an alternative!. You could cut back on your calories!. Try cutting back like at least 500!. I'm not an expert but it can make a difference!. Hope I could helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sadly, there is no real way to loose weight and not exercise!. I would suggest going on daily, routine walks around your neighborhood for at least 15-20 minutes!. That's not long, I'm sure you can work it into your schedule!.

Also, eating healthy helps!. Try to cut down on chips, sweets, and other junk food!. Don't completely cut it out of your diet, just set reasonable limits to what you eat at one time!.

Also, don't eat as soon as you get hungry!. You can go a little while without eating, so let yourself!. Also, this will put you into the habit of eating less!. I'm not saying don't eat, don't get me wrong!.

Regular intake of fruits and vegetables, and meat are a healthy part of a diet!. DO NOT buy "fat free" crap or "low carb" stuff!. Just eat healthy and let aware of what you are craving!. Your body will tell you what it needs!.
