Is anyone else totally fed up with their body?!


Question: Is anyone else totally fed up with their body!?
I am 5'3 i weigh 119!. All of my fat gathers at my lower back and lower abdominals, upper thighs and upper arms!. The fat on my lower back and lower abs makes it impossible for me to wear decent fitting pants without creating a muffin top!.!.!. but i also have no butt at all, and if i buy my pants to fit around the fat they constantly fall!. my arms are flabby!. and my thighs flatten out into blobs everytime i sit down!. but i have no time to exercise being a full time single mom!. :/ i hate my body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Whoa! Beating yourself up won't help anything! But, I know where you are coming from !. !. !. I feel like I'm in a vicious cycle of eating due to stress, but find diets stressful so I eat!. The pablum to re-define it as a 'lifestyle change' instead of a diet doesn't help one bit!. And lets put some blame on clothing designers, its not like lumpy people are new on the scene, why don't they design better outfits!? I'm trying to find time each day where I just relax, even going so far as to try a book on 8-minute meditations!. Someday I'll find a way, as others have, till then I'll enjoy what I can, maybe you can find a way too!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im woried about my thighs and arms, im a teen though!.
(thighs) Take a walk, and if you hate walking like me, get a dog, that way you can say your dog needs exercise not you, and the dogie will make you walk!.
(arms) get small weights and find out how to tone the arms, instead of geting buff looking man arms!.
(both) drink a glass of water before, after and during meals, this tip helps the most, this works VARY well for all parts!.
And when no one's in the house dance every witch way you can, have you seen danceing with the stars!? you dont have to be a pro, have fun!

you would be amazed at how much you can accomplish if you could fit a good half hour workout just a few days a week!. if leaving home to do it isnt an option check out some fitness dvds out there!.!.!. there are some good ones if you take the time to lookWww@Answer-Health@Com

me too! weight gathers in all the same places for me!. for example, my calfs are stick thin, but my thighs are huge, fatty blobs! please, tell me when you find an answer!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise with your children and tone up!. Eventually you'll be back in the dating scene ;)
