I've been eating healthy + lifitng to gain weight for a while now, and the same chicken breast/tuna/oats/vegetables/eggs/rice have been getting real old fast!. If I started adding hot peppers into meals, would it hurt/stall me in any way!? And does anyone have recommendations for what kind I should look for!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
They are good for you! They have like 0 calories!. Best of all though, spicy foods boost your metabolism is a known fact!. Keep up with the spicy stuff! I always use Tabasco w/eggs!. Chicken and tuna can stand on their own pretty well!. Every now and then I like to spice up my chicken!.

Any hot peppers will do!. Jalapenos have a great flavor and have a decent amount of heat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it won't hurt- it can add another vegetable to your daily diet and adds flavor!.

they may also help you feel fuller quicker- i've noticed that i eat less when i add jalapenos or some chili's to my meals!. (it could be the burning tongue- but it's so good!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
