Well, it depends on your age!.!.!.if you're moor old then then young, then it's gonna be a lot more hard for you to loose it!.

First of all, watch your calories!.!.!.maybe start eating a lighter lunch!.
Second of all DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!!! if you do, you're body thinks that it is a real situation (like if you're starving in the wild), and it will slow down you're metabolism, causing you to gain weight!. Also!.!.!.if you do that, you might binge a bunch of food!.

Lower your calorie intake amount (no lower than 1200 calories, though), and you don't have to run!.
