What is the quickest way to for me to get abs upper arm musscle?!


Question: What is the quickest way to for me to get abs upper arm musscle!?
Okay, so Im 13, I eat REALLY healthy, I dont drink milk at all really besides when I eat it with cereal, but I eat ALOT of dairy products!. Im extremely athletic (Martial Arts, Soccer, etc!.) and I want to know how to get a nice six pack and bigger upper arm muscles!. I wont get any excersise equipment, but I do have some weights!. I am extremely dedicated to this if it will be able to really help me get ripped, so doing certain things for a long period of time isnt a problem!. How could I get this ripped within about a month without protein shakes and things like that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well okay i'm 16 and a girl-i start out by runnig a mile or 2-then i do 10 reps of 10 bicep curls for both arms, varies from 25 to 35 lb!. weights-i do about 100 pushups for upper body strength and 200 crunches to tone stomach muscles-i'm in excellent condition and am very muscular for my age, so i would definitely recommend this workout plan-btw i also use weight machines-benchpress, pullups, etc!. those really help 2!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Protein is quite essential for the muscle building process, so it'd be hard to leave it out of the equation!. But the best way for you to accomplish this is to follow a basic ab workout routine, do plenty of cardio and work in a circuit of exercises you can do at home!. (Like pushups, squats, lunges, etc)

Here's a few exercises you could choose from for the abs portion:

Standing Cable Crunch - Attach a rope to a high-pulley cable!. Stand with your back to the weight stack and hold one end of the rope on the left side of your head and the other end on the right!. Crunch your torso down!. Pause, and then return to the starting position!. Do 10 to 15 reps!.

Weighted Crunch - Lie on your back with your knees bent, and hold a weight plate or dumbbell on your chest!. (If that's too hard, just do a traditional crunch!.) Slowly crunch up, bringing your shoulder blades up and off the floor!. Pause, and then lower yourself to the starting position!. Do 10 to 15 reps!.

Sorry sweetie,you need milk!.My Son started 'getting buffed' at your age!.It was not very sucessful as he'd buff a little then grow three inches and be thin again!.
It'great that your working out and eating well,but you are doing your major growing!.SO!.Sit-ups 50+ a day,1/2 gallon milg jugs filled with sand=lay on your back,arms out-bring jugs to center of chest x 25,sitting up,lift jugs over your head 25x day,push ups 50 per day!.PLEASE start out with 10,20,30,40,till you get to 50!.FIVE weeks,ok!EWww@Answer-Health@Com
